Report on 22nd Students Association Meet

Report on 22^nd Students Association Meet on 25^th September, 2011

We the Students of Salem Chapter of ICSI and member of SACS - Salem have organized 22^nd Students meet on 25^th September, 2011.

There was a pleasant morning on the Sunday. Students have participated in the meet.

The meeting started with Tamil Thai Valthu. Followed by Welcome address given by Ms.S.Vijayasri (EP). 

Ms. S. Shruthi (FP) read out the brief report about the minutes of previous meet.

Mr. R. Kathiravan (EP) gave much information about the recent amendments in Corporate Law which was much useful to students.

Ms. I. Elakiya (FP) gave a seminar on “COMPANY LAW” he clearly specified all the points regarding that.

Then students conducted Corporate Games. There is a good participation from all students.

Mr. K.B. Amarnath (EP) gave away vote of thanks.

The meet was concluded with NATIONAL ANTHEM at 1.00 pm

Report on 21^st Students Association Meet on 11^th September, 2011

We the Students of Salem Chapter of ICSI and member of SACS - Salem have organized 21st Students meet on 11^th September, 2011.

There was a pleasant morning on the Sunday. Students have participated in the meet.

The meeting started with Tamil Thai Valthu. Followed by Welcome address given by Mr. Govindaraj (EP).

Ms. T.Menaka (EP) read out the brief report about the minutes of previous meet.

Then Mr. M.Harish (PP) gave many informations about the recent amendments in Corporate Law which was much useful to students.

After that Mr. K.M.Santhanakumar (EP) gave a seminar on “TYPES OF SHARES” he clearly specified all the points regarding that.

In the second session Debate on LLP VS COMPANY was conducted many current data’s and the advantages and disadvantages regarding the topic  were discussed by the students.

Mr. Kathiravan (EP) was elected as secretary of SACS-Salem.

Mr. P.Paraman (EP) gave away vote of thanks.

The meet was concluded with NATIONAL ANTHEM at 1.00 pm
